Advise Technical colleagues and Customers on recipes, ingredients and technical issues relating to emulsifiers, emulsifier/stabilisers used in Dairy and Ice Cream manufacturing.
Since 2000 I have been working with Arthur Branwell firstly as General Manager of the Ice Cream division promoting UK and Export business and for the last 10 years or so as a Consultant.
I have over 40 years of knowledge and experience working with emulsifiers and stabiliser systems in the Ice Cream and Dairy sector for Du Pont Danisco and Associated British Foods ( AB Technology) before joining Arthur Branwell.
