I keep the technical specifications in order (technical parameters, compliances with Regulations, allergen info etc), issue safety datasheets for products, obtain technical/quality information from raw material suppliers and check compliances, provide technical support for sales team, liaise with the Technical Manager and Food Safety Manager to provide accurate information and documentation for customers, help QC team with quality control.
Worked for AB for two years. MSc in Agriculture, HND in Applied Chemistry. The combination of the two is useful to understand technical documents.
